Job Description
Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, located in Arbutus, is seeking candidates for a full-time Parish Secretary. The Parish Secretary is responsible for the smooth operation of the Parish Office and its primary function of organization, recordkeeping, bookkeeping and general administrative duties. It is important to be reliable, with own transportation and have a working knowledge of the Catholic Church.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma. Some college or degree preferred
- Bi-lingual - English/Spanish Useful
- Proficient in computer use, Microsoft Office Suite, basic office machines
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Practicing Catholic preferred
- Must have working knowledge of the Catholic Church
