Job Description

The Archdiocese of Baltimore seeks qualified candidates for the position of HRMS Analyst. In this role, you will serve as the technical, functional and training support for HR systems including Ultipro HRMS, Time and Attendance, and Performance Management. 

Of the many functions of this role, you will spend a great deal of time serving as the technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assisting subject matter experts at field locations with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.  You will use your analytical skills daily as you work to re-engineer and streamline HR processes that effect systems, such as the implementation of the ACA and Healthy Working Families Act. The HRMS analyst also supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned, assisting our various field locations in the configuration and implementation of various systems.

Job Requirements

To be considered 'best qualified', candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Combination of education and work experience acceptable. 
  • Three to five years of HRIS/MS specialist experience with a strong focus on payroll and benefits
  • One to two years of project management experience.
  • Practical systems implementation experience with HR systems such as Ultipro, Peoplesoft, Lawson, Ceridian
